Our offsite manufacturing led approach has the flexibility to deliver many types of buildings – including private for sale, affordable housing and student and key worker accommodation – using a kit of parts. Key to successful outcomes is early engagement with clients and other delivery partners, which helps ensure we design for buildability.
We also add value for clients by devising programmes that create early revenue generation opportunities. Our DfMA 70:60:30 approach means we can schedule phased handovers of projects to clients, enabling them to commence marketing activity sooner than traditional construction methods would permit.
With an increase in population comes an increase in demand for housing; as a result residential projects are expected to start and finish sooner than traditional methods of construction will allow. By using modern methods of construction to create the likes of the Laing O’Rourke Residential Blueprint, we have been able to deliver certainty of quality, price and time for clients.

She has worked in roles that span the entire development process, from concept feasibility stage through to operation in use. Working across asset sectors with both private and public partners and clients, she has a strong track record of facilitating and structuring property transactions as well as extensive project delivery experience.
