The list, which is compiled by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), is created from a survey of more than 2,500 graduates and aims to recognise organisations that provide the most positive experience for their new graduates.

The Top Graduate Employers rankings are described as the definitive guide to the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce.
