Al Raha Beach offers stunning, intricate and innovative environments within 11 diverse precincts including Al Bandar, Al Zeina and Aldar HQ – the striking, iconic landmark in the heart of Al Dana.

Design assured

To ensure standardisation, manage expectations and achieve consistent quality throughout, we assembled a core team of 'design guardians' to guide the consultants and audit, unify, advise on and troubleshoot the design process.

A high-quality, cost-effective solution

We successfully implemented offsite manufacturing despite its limited exposure in the UAE - installing modular bathroom pods, prefabricated plantrooms and risers, and precast concrete and wall systems.

Revolutionising worker welfare

Our approach to welfare raised standards within the UAE and industry wide. We offered the best facilities possible for a peak workforce of over 30,000 – achieving high employee satisfaction and boosting productivity. We also established contractors' forums and training centres to enhance health and safety awareness. And to help optimise logistics in 'real time', we issued each worker with a radio-frequency identification tag (RFID) and fitted each transport bus with a GPS/GPRS system.
