South Australian Transport and Infrastructure Minister Stephen Mullighan and Federal Minister for Urban Infrastructure Paul Fletcher have today confirmed a consortium of Laing O’Rourke, AECOM and Kellogg, Brown & Root has been awarded the alliance contract to deliver the Torrens Rail Junction upgrade.
