Our company purpose is to push the boundaries of what’s possible, in service of humanity, by behaving in line with our values of care, integrity and courage. The work we’re doing to deliver a more sustainable future demonstrates how our all our actions are guided by our purpose.

We have made significant progress over the past year, embedding a sustainability-first mindset across the business. Our sustainability strategy comprises carbon reduction, nature protection, social impact, diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing. The integration of each of these areas into a single strategy increases our ability to make a positive impact.

The cornerstones of our sustainability strategy are authenticity, innovation and targeted action. Open conversation around our targets, our progress, our successes and our setbacks are vital to driving meaningful change.
