At Laing O'Rourke, we encourage and support all our employees to report any suspicions of wrongdoing so that it can be stopped. It is not always clear if an activity is wrong. However, if you feel that it might be, then we would like to hear about it in order to clarify or investigate as appropriate.
Whistleblowers play an important role in identifying and calling out misconduct and harm. In Australia to encourage whistleblowers to come forward with their concerns and protect them when they do, the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) gives certain people legal rights and protections as whistleblowers.
