In 2015, we started to collect feedback through our first Global Perception Study, which highlighted a need to seek out our clients’ views more regularly and ensure we are listening to, and acting on, perceived requirements.
We have since implemented several initiatives to properly realise these aspirations, including our project-level client feedback process now in place across our project delivery teams.
Year upon year we have continued to improve the way we conduct, report and respond to this project feedback. This personal and iterative approach supports our clients, our projects and our industry.
