Our aim is to provide greatest legacy benefits to the communities most directly impacted by our projects, both in the construction phase and over the lifetime of the structures we create.

Working with government agencies and public-sector clients, we are able to provide sustainable employment and apprenticeship opportunities for local people.

Through proactive community liaison on our projects we consult and engage with local stakeholder, encouraging constructive dialogue and acting as considerate constructors. 

In the Middle East we operate a progressive community programme that supports our diverse workforce - many of whom are working far from home and family. We offer a respectful environment where they are adequately supported and catered for in way that respects their religious and cultural needs. 

In Australia, we are helping underprivileged young people into work. We are establishing a number of grants to help non-profit groups fund projects to improve their local communities.
