Laing O'Rourke on show at AusRAIL Plus 2015

Laing O’Rourke, Australia’s largest privately owned engineering and construction firm, will exhibit at AusRAIL PLUS 2015 in Melbourne early next week.

Laing O’Rourke’s dedicated rail teams have delivered some of the country’s largest and most technically-complex projects in the rail and transport sectors – with a proud record spanning 50 years’ of rail experience across every Australian state and territory, Asia and New Zealand. 

AusRAIL is the largest rail event in the region and provides Laing O’Rourke with an opportunity to showcase its innovative solutions to the sector.   

Laing O’Rourke’s international concrete sleeper subsidiary Austrak will also be present, at Stand 509.                              

Laing O’Rourke Region Director Pat Cashin said Laing O’Rourke has delivered major rail projects in every Australian state and territory.

  • Perth Stadium Station 
  • Bayswater Level Crossing Removal Project in Victoria 
  • Easy Access Station Upgrade Project 2 at four busy stations in Sydney 
  • Hong Kong Metro Rail Expansion – South Island Line 
  • Wickham Transport Interchange in Newcastle, NSW 
  • New Generation Rollingstock Train Maintenance Facility in Queensland; and 
  • Wynyard Station Upgrade, via the Novo Rail Alliance.
