Explore Living has won eight awards at the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards - more than any other house builder in the running. The awards recognise outstanding design, build, presentation and innovation.
The awards presented were:
- Best Development in Surrey for Fusion, Chertsey
- Best Apartment in Surrey for Fusion, Chertsey
- Best Development in Essex for Lumina, Chadwell Heath
- Best Apartment in Essex for Lumina, Chadwell Heath
- Best Development in Hertfordshire for Balls Park, Hertford
- Best Apartment in Hertfordshire for Balls Park, Hertford
- Best Development Marketing in UK for Balls Park
- Best UK Website for eiport.co.uk
As Explore Living achieved the top score in ‘Best Development Marketing’ its entry will now compete in the world’s best category, the results of which will be announced in November.
Entries were judged by a panel whose collective knowledge of property is unsurpassed by any other industry awards. This year’s judges included: Eric Pickles MP, chairman of the Conservative Party; Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council; Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of ‘International Homes Luxury Collection’ and Gillian Farr, head of design at Laura Ashley Home.
