What we are doing
Waste management initiatives designed for the needs of each market and mindful of the impact on landfill sites are in place; energy conservation initiatives and the use of environmentally sustainable materials are pursued wherever practicable.

Within the European Hub our CR Challenge process has set out a series of stretching targets appropriate to the market. These include active intervention to minimise environmental impact and the risk of pollution. More than 700 operational managers have received environmental awareness training and work is underway to incorporate biodiversity processes into our Environmental Management Systems.

Across the Group we are actively supporting initiatives aimed at reducing reliance on fossil fuels, both through support of new technologies and through seeking smart travel solutions where appropriate.
