Selecting The Best
Laing O'Rourke is especially interested in students undertaking courses in the following professions:
- Building Services
- Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Construction Management
- Design
- Quantity Surveying
We are also keen to meet people from a range of backgrounds who are interested in a career working for a large, vertically integrated organisation whose passion is construction. Laing O'Rourke is prepared to offer scholarships to those with either an academic or vocational background.
What Does Laing O'Rourke Offer You?
- Financial support for the duration of your course (up to four years) payable in three equal instalments, once every term
- Work placements during vacations and/or any industrial training period. (You must complete at least one work placement each year with Laing O'Rourke or a company in its supply chain).
- A Mentor who will be in regular contact with you and the university
