With key strengths in planning, financing and asset management in the public and private sectors, our specialist investments and developments business is responsible for a high-quality portfolio of retail, commercial and residential property developments. We work with leading investment houses, developers, owners and occupiers to optimise the whole-life return on major property asset investment and management.
The Explore Investments team also bid, invest and manage the wider Group’s capital into Private Finance Initiatives (PFI). Our PFI deals span major infrastructure asset sectors, working in consortium with investment houses and/or delivery partners.

Explore Living is challenging industry norms in the same way that Laing O'Rourke has been challenging the construction sector. Using our expertise of house and apartment building, we are providing customers with a new buying experience, with innovative construction approaches and the facility to select from a range of colours, fittings, units and layouts through a unique online system.
We are aiming to remove the anxiety from the house-buying process and allow our customers to track the build progress of their house through our online capabilities.
