Modular was originally set up as an in-house operation, producing bathroom pods for Laing O’Rourke on the landmark Atlantis Hotel project in Dubai, where it installed over 1,500 units. The business now sells its products to external clients as well - highlighting the strong demand for high-quality offsite solutions.
