In 2009 we launched our Excellence Plus Awards which recognise and reward outstanding employee performance across a variety of areas such as project leadership or engineering. The finalists this year were reviewed by our partners at Cambridge and University College London, as well as the Chairman and CEO, with the eventual winner receiving company-wide recognition and an award.
