Annually we will ask you to update your CV, so we can keep track of your personal development. Additionally our senior business leaders will review the overall talent pool, through our talent management processes, to ensure we are making the right choices and investments in our human capital.
It is important that each of us delivers to the highest possible standards. This will require you to give your very best.
