Ascenders is a two-year programme designed for graduates specialising in the following disciplines:

• Construction Management
• Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• Quantity Surveying
• Business, Commerce or Related Discipline

The programme allows you to take on a range of site and office-based roles on a structured rotational basis. You’ll also participate in a residential-style learning and development programme over the two years.

Ascenders typically begin work at the start of each calendar year. Applications open in March and close at the end of April. We accept graduates from all Australian universities and interviews are scheduled to accommodate examination schedules.
