Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship programme consists of on-the-job and off-the-job experience. Your chosen trade is supported by a specialised Registered Training Organisation which delivers the theoretical component of your training.

We offer a diverse range of apprenticeships, including:

Building Construction
Heavy Fabrication Boiler Making
Mechanical Fitting - Hydraulics/Pumps
Electrical

Traineeships

Our traineeships are nationally recognised and accredited. Delivered over one to two years, they offer on-the-job tuition. On completion, successful candidates are awarded a certificate or diploma in their chosen field.

We support traineeships in a range of vocations, including:

Office Administration
Accountancy
Environment, Health and Safety
Rail Construction and Maintenance
Process Manufacturing

Training is delivered both onsite and online. Participants will self-manage their studies with around two hours face-to-face tuition per month for employees undertaking funded traineeships.
